  • Gentle stretching and strengthening exercises for your whole body (including connective tissue stretches), maintaining a connection and presence with yourself and your body
  • Gentle breath meditation and relaxation

Investment: 10 week course $130

Bring: Yoga/exercise mat, 1-2 cushions, blanket (some spares available)
